Key Functions
- All project management within operations
- Helpdesk overflow
- Chargeable works coordination
Responsibilities
- Coordinating all GDS installation
- Coordinating mvision hardware installation
- Managing all new mvision connections
- Updating Tandberg GDS tracker
- Creating installation job sheets
- Creating training documentation
- Mvision trials
- ADSL/SDSL/Leased line ordering and service delivery
- Quoting for additional chargeable engineering works
- Scheduling all engineer diaries
- Ensuring that Netsuite projects are kept up to date
- Creating for accounts and sales installation progress reports
- Preparing site survey for sales quotations
- Documenting all project workflows
- Producing Project Initiation documents through to completion
- Carrying out customer managed service training
- Provide regular project updates to the Operations Manager and Operations Director
- Ensuring customer project objectives are met
- Ensuring projects are delivered on time and on budget
- Helpdesk overflow
- Operator overflow
- To work within company policies and procedures
- Proactively work to achieve personal and company objectives
- To carry out any other duties required by management
